This charming, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 across a king bed and a queen bed. This condo is located in the heart of Dillon and features a balcony with seating to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. La Riva Del Lago location puts guests just minutes from multiple world-class ski resorts. Guests can also walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike path. The free Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby that runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes in no time.

Upon entry, guests will find themselves in the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size updated kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and comfortable bar seating to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Additionally this kitchen includes household favorites that include a toaster, coffee maker, and a full size microwave. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker. The dining area seats four, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The living area offers gorgeous views of mountains and cozy furnishings. Warm up by the gas fireplace and watch a movie, as the snow falls, on the Smart TV. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and the couch hosts a great area for family game nights. The balcony, located behind the living area, offers outdoor seating, and sweeping mountain and park views.

The primary suite is located upstairs and features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flatscreen TV. Enjoy mountain views from the sitting balcony. The en suite bathroom features a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The guest bedroom is off the entry area and features a queen-sized bed. The guest bedroom also offers a clothing dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and flatscreen TV. The guest bathroom is right down the hall. It has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. In addition, near the entryway is the private washer and dryer.

La Riva Del Lago guests can park two cars in the secured garage. There is also a storage closet for storing gear, and elevator for guest use to access this rental.

I’ve stayed at dozens of rentals in Dillon. This was by far the best. The place had everything we needed and more. I go to Dillon 3 to 4 times a year and this is the unit to rent for a great ski weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable and had everything we needed, clean and well maintained. Beautiful views and quiet at the end of September in this particular area. We rode the train in Leadville to see the Aspen trees and also drove to Aspen, CO and took a shuttle to Maroon Bells. We hiked on some nice trails near Breckenridge. Enjoyed a latte from Dillon Coffee Lab nearby and walked near reservoir. We stayed away from Georgetown area on the weekend because of the "leaf peepers" that caused a temporary shut down of the exit off I-70. There are many other areas to go see the changing fall foliage other than in Georgetown and the mountain pass near there. There is no longer a hot tub available to use at this property. I'm not sure the listing has been updated with that information.

This location was perfect for going to a show at the amphitheatre. The condo was clean & spacious. However, the AC didn't work & none of the windows opened. Pretty sure that's against fire code & felt dangerous in Colorado during fire season. The towels smelled like straight bleach (I get it, they're white, but a rinse cycle wouldn't hurt). Entry was easy, the garage was a nice bonus.

Perfect small group ski trip

We snowboarded Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail, but this is a great spot for any of the Summit county ski resorts. Clean, comfortable, with a cool view of the park.

Beautiful clean condo

The place was very cozy and spacious with plenty of kitchen supplies. There is no hot tub though which is falsely advertised in the listing. It's been permanently closed. The bed downstairs is very uncomfortable & hard. The couch is more comfortable honestly. Over all, a great location with convenient parking garage.

Nice property, Good Location

Property was nice. Sofa and chairs in living room/kitchen were not comfortable. Sofa too deep with no back support. We had problems with access. Garage door entrance was out of order. Had to contact property manager to get a way to enter. Entry code to front door was incorrect. Had to contact property manager to get the right code. In all took over an hour to gain entry. Otherwise property and location were nice and clean. Great views.

Great stay, lots of room and everything you need. Check-in was rough. The mgmt company sends texts from different #s with web-links that dont work, and the door code didn't work. Had to call the 24 hr customer service #.Hot tub was broken, garage door was broken. Had to park on the street. Suggest an email with all info needed rather than multiple chaotic texts and broken email links. Overall a great stay.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
