The first floor features a welcoming bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom.

The recently renovated kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a new backsplash, and a cozy breakfast bar.

From here, the dining area opens to a private back deck with seating for six. A charbroil electric grill is ready for outdoor cooking and entertaining.

A full flight of stairs leads to the spacious living room, complete with a bay window overlooking Kalmus Beach and the marsh. This level also includes a large mounted HD TV, making it the perfect spot for family movie night.

Just a few steps up, the primary bedroom awaits with a king bed, new wood flooring, a mounted flat-screen TV, a stylish barn door, and an en-suite bathroom.

On the third floor, a spacious bedroom features a queen bed, two twin beds, and its own en-suite bathroom—ideal for kids, guests, or families sharing the space.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

"My family has rented this property for the past six years. The unit is well maintained with the owner making improvements as years have gone by. The unit is nicely decorated with local art and other objects giving the space a true beach like feeling. Having three bedrooms and three full baths, allow guests to enjoy ample privacy during their stay. The top deck has amazing views and is a great place for a sunset dinner. Proximity to two beaches, a pool and central air make this unit an ideal place for your Cape Cod vacation

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
