The first floor of this home offers a wonderful open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, full bathroom with tub/shower, and a convenient first floor bedroom with king bed.

The second floor has another full bathroom with tub/shower separating two large rooms, one with a queen bed, and the other room is open with three twin beds. The water views on the second floor are even better than the first floor.

The back yard is modest but has an area with outdoor dining, a gas grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower. And it is a pleasant surprise to be the last house on this private dead-end road.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
