This newly updated home in this sought-after neighborhood is just what you need for your beach vacation. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is perfectly situated in the gated community of The Villages in Crystal Beach. The living area is large and open and just waiting for the entire family to gather for movies, games, food and just relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen is well-appointed with granite counters, stainless appliances a large dining table plus a huge bar area with plenty of seating. You will find King Master suites on both the first and second floor! You will also find a queen guest bedroom, and a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds. The second floor also has a loft style living room with a sofa sleeper to allow more sleeping options for up to 12 guests total. Relax with drinks on the large balcony or poolside at the lagoon pool located just a few houses away. Best of all, the sugar white sand and emerald waters of Destin’s Crystal Beach is only a few blocks away. There is also a seasonally provided trolley to drive you to the beach if you prefer. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
