We rented this house with another family for an extended trip to the Polar Express and it was wonderful! The location is convenient and the house had plenty of space for the two families. We were able to bbq one night for dinner and then make s'mores in the fire pit. The location is roughly five minutes from downtown which made it very convenient. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

Great place if you bring SXS!

Great location to see all that Williams offers! SXS trip to Jerome! Grand Canyon trip. Plenty of parking for trailers. We will be back!

Perfect for bearizona

Awesome cabin located in Williams. So close to Bearizona which was why we chose it. Rooms were spacious and kitchen was very spacious and fun to cook! Lots of towels and things on hand! We played in front a lot and did walks around the neighborhood because it was snowing and such a nice area.

We finished our outing for the day so we called to see if we could get in prior to the 4pm check-in. She was prompt to respond and accommodated our request.The house was located perfectly for our itinerary (deer feeding, train ride to Grand Canyon and Bearizona). Perfect spot in Williams

We stayed here to visit Williams and the Grand Canyon. It was the prefect access point for both. This new property is in a beautiful area with a golf course and a lake. We loved the open concept and the kitchen had a huge island. We also loved how many games were in the house and we played them a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

There was a lot of space and the place had the essentials. It was quiet and pretty, and close enough to the town. Not giving it 5 stars because it was a little dirty and there’s no central AC so it was a bit warm. Fans were helpful, and there’s an AC unit in the main living room and the master but the other rooms were too warm for my comfort in the afternoon and evening.

Overall a great place to rent. Great location and neighborhood, large family/kitchen gathering area. Well equipped kitchen utensils, coffee maker, etc. Large master bed/bathroom. Lots of +'s. Mattress' maybe past their useful lifespan as their were sunken spots that made the beds somewhat uncomfortable.

Nice & clean

Good experience. House was spacious and kitchen was good for cooking meals for family. Road to get to the property can be a bit tricky when there’s lots of rain or melting snow and you have to take the back way since the main road is flooded. Only an hour drive to the Grand Canyon. Could improve on check-out instructions and also, my entire family was not able to sign on the WiFi the whole time we were there. Overall, would recommend & stay again.

Calm and Serene Setting

We arrived and settled into a well setup home with clean and stylish furnishings. It was just my older mother and myself. There was enough room for 6-10 people to hang out comfortably except in the living room. It could use more seating for larger groups. We stayed during a heat wave in the area. There isn't air conditioning (not usually needed) and the fireplace emits a bit of heat so, for a cross-breeze, being able to open the double doors in the dining room and 3rd bedroom was terrific. The front and back deck are great places to enjoy coffee, meals, or just to hang. A really great place to stay for a few days.

Positive Outweigh the Negative

We loved the location of this house and the yard for the kids to play in. You can see from the photos what the house looks like inside and it doesn't disappoint! It's adorable and well laid out - it functioned great for our family! Like most VRBO homes there are a few quirks but they weren't so major that we couldn't either fix it, or overlook it. We enjoyed the ease of the hard floors for quick self-clean ups during our stay, but there were a few corners and areas that we weren't sure if had been cleaned before our arrival either...over all, it didn't make or break the stay, we'd recommend the house and manager for your stay too!! Great location to Grand Canyon and fun little town for after you hike! Canyon Coaster was a blast and the Frontier Restaurant was great! We loved seeing Historic Route 66 - and those decorative charms added to the house! like the title says, overall it was a GREAT house!

Nice location but needs work

Property needs updating. Master bath faucet was loose, fireplace remote didn’t work, hot water wasn’t consistent. There was paint chipping in lots of areas. The garage code provided did not work. Check-in wasn’t smooth as we did not know the location of the lock box. We did love the spacious kitchen and preparing meals there. I also appreciated the spacious master bathroom and tub. The layout of the house was great and in a beautiful neighborhood. Loved that it was close to downtown Williams and only an hour from Grand Canyon.

Weekend getaway

We loved this house for our weekend getaway. It was perfect for our family of 4 and our friend’s family of 3, all kids 3 and under. Perfect location and was close to town, bearizona, and the polar express. There was so much room to play for the kids between the open floor plan of the house and nice big backyard. We cooked, used the bbq and fire pit and ate outside a few times and it was great. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms and there were plenty of extra blankets, linens and pillows. Everything is labeled and we appreciated all the stocked items that were provided as well. If I had one complaint, it would be that there were no items of plateware/glassware suitable for kids without worrying they would break. We bring our own but if we hadn’t, that would’ve been the only thing missing for us. The neighborhood was great for walks around and there was a lake and playground close by too. Overall, loved this stay!

NO real AC

Property listed as having AC and it doesn’t have working AC. It was 80 in the home. Portable AC in master only, other bedrooms very uncomfortable. Check out instructions, given that we paid cleaning fee, was a bit much (I.e. take trash dumpsters to road)

From the owners: "We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. The property is not listed as having central AC. We have two portable AC units. Typically Northern Arizona does not reach the high temperatures of the Phoenix Valley and is ~30 degrees cooler. This summer has been unusually hot with temps reaching the 90s on a few days. Most homes in northern Arizona do not have central AC. We did install the two portable ACs due to the conditions this year being unusually warm. At this time with supply constraints, it is not possible to install central AC, though it is something we are looking into for next year. So we are sorry, but central AC was not advertised. On the check-out list, we ask that guests take out garbage from the house, remove any linens used and place them in the laundry room, put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start, and if it is Sunday to place the main garbage can on the curb. The garbage comes very early on Monday morning and if we are to maintain the garbage and not disturb the occupants we need to have the guests take the garbage to the curb. All of this is in line with the cleaning tasks we have been asked to do at any of the Airbnbs where we have stayed. We don't feel these tasks are unusual, particularly as our co-host/cleaning company services other properties in the area, and this is aligned to those properties. We sincerely hope that you otherwise enjoyed your stay."

Beautiful home, great location

Highly recommend this home. So beautiful and just loved the open kitchen/living/dining rooms which made it great for everyone to mingle. Only 6 of us stayed but had originally planned for 9 and there would have been plenty of space for all. Location is in peaceful /quiet/safe neighborhood with plenty of space between homes. Also really close to Grand Canyon which we hiked R2R in 14.5 hours! Also really close to Williams Route 66 shops/restaurants which we enjoyed. And also close to a great golf course which we also took advantage of!

Williams was very nice..Enjoyed bear canyon, deer farm, grandcanyon, and downtown williams

The property was awesome..only one small thing no ac or cooler even with windows open still a little warm in the house this time of year. But other than that we enjoyed it very much. Thank u

Relaxing Getaway

Very nice house! It was nice to be able to stay in a house relatively close to the Grand Canyon. It made it convenient to go visit, and was a spacious place to stay with our extended family. Thank you!
