Previous stays at rental units were considerably nicer than compared to this property. A few comments if you’re going to allow dogs, you really should have the backyard fenced in totally and the backyard should be free of weeds. If you’re going to have a deck, it would be nice to have it clean and the tables and chairs wiped down prior to people coming. The front yard from the driveway to the door should have a proper walkway in order to bring suitcases in the house. It would be nice if there was a sheet available or a book available telling about the different restaurants in the area how to lock the door upon exiting the house for the day if the fireplace is operational just general information. The house itself could use a little freshening up and the kitchen could have a few more amenities. This is just for your information for future as our group would not stay there again. That is why I’ve given it a four rating instead of a five. This is not to be derogatory. It’s just comments on our stay other people may think differently. Thank you.
