Located at the sought-after south end of Marco, this gorgeous 3 bedroom plus den, 2.5 bathroom Villa is just .5 miles to the south public beach access. The shallow waters of Paradise Coast provide world-class shelling and shallow water perfect for snorkeling, or simply a day on the sand behind a good novel! The Mendel Villa is also located within easy walking distance of many of Marco Island's premier restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Walk to the famed ' Marco Walk Plaza ' which features Marco Movies, Beebe's Ice Cream, Pincher's Crab Shack, Nacho Mama's Authentic Mexican, the Marco Prime Steakhouse, DaVinci Fine Italian, The Oyster Society, and numerous Island Shoppes such as Chico's and Beach Daisy.
