Building in Lakewood Ranch? Need a temporary place to stay?

Open concept, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1st floor condo (no elevator!) in beautiful Lakewood National. Play golf (2 -18 hole Arnold Palmer designed courses), tennis (8 lighted Har-Tru courts), pickleball to your hearts content or simply relax at the resort pool (has assistive lifts to lift those with ability issues in and out of pool - see pictures) a 10 minute walk from your unit. Too far? Then walk about 50 yards to the satellite pool, right next to the condo building!

While not required, (optional) we can transfer our membership to you for $600 + tax, if you wish to enjoy the Lakewood National amenities. This includes the use of a state of the art Fitness Center, Spa, sauna, etc. at the main clubhouse, as well as a Tiki Bar right next to the resort pool. A new Clubhouse with a grill restaurant as well as fine dining is open for your pleasure and convenience. This provides access to all amenities in the community, including golf at our 2 Lakewood National championship golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, resort style lagoon pool, gym and dining at our brand new Clubhouse or at the pool-side Tiki Bar. There is a minimum 30 day stay required.

The lanai is warm and sunny all day and overlooks a pond on Piper 15 Fairway.
Lakewood National is part of the Lakewood Ranch Community - music festivals, Farmer’s Markets, restaurants and some of the best beaches in Florida (Siesta Key, Cortez) are 40 minutes away!
