Apartment review
Host has said we left the apartment in total disarray, also said apartment was a disaster. Those statements were not true at all. We did leave some items in the apartment that was not trash, but very usable items, like some unopened cans and unopened bottles of water, and some very usable food items. There was no trash left in the apartment. There was one small skillet on the stove. I admit, we should have washed the skillet. I would like to share with you , condition of the apartment, when we arrived. The place had a terrible musky smell, that lingered all week. There were two glasses in the cabinet that I had to wash before using, looked like chocolate syrup inside the glasses, which I went ahead and washed, without making a complaint. I did call the host and leave a message about having only one roll of toilet paper left for two people for a one weeks stay, got no response, so I went to the store and bought some. The apartment had a Keurig coffee maker but no K cups, so I went to store and bought some without complaint. I have probably stayed in over one hundred places with Keurig machines and every one of those has provided complementary K cups. When I tried using the coffee maker, it didn't work. I texted the host to report coffee maker not working on Monday, host said they would purchase a new one. Tuesday afternoon a maintenance man brought a new Mr. coffee pot, some filters and some coffee, he also tried the Keurig to make sure it didn't work, and it didn't.
