✔️⏰ No earlier/later check-in/out: although we try to always accommodate our guests requests, we will not be able to guarantee any flexibility of check-in/out times other than the ones already established in our house rules (Check-in at 4:00 PM; Check-out at 11:00 AM). No exceptions. We have to respect the schedule of our cleaning crew and how it impacts our other guests.

- No parties are allowed or large gatherings (AZ House Bill 2672) fines could be imposed on traveling guests.

- Fine for large gatherings or parties (anything reported by neighbors or other guests ) = $500 fine.

✍️ We apologize but NO PETS are allowed at this property. If there are any unauthorized pets at the home you agree to pay $500 fee + any additional cleaning fees (Double original cleaning fee.) This is primarily due to the fact that many guests have pet allergies.
