**The Space**

Grand two bedroom two bathroom condominium located on the second floor with

many upgrades and custom features including a handmade boot locker at the

entry, rock tile floor in the kitchen, remodeled bathrooms with rain shower

heads, fine leather sofa, and wide open kitchen to dining area for gathering.

This condo has a perfect view of the slopes to watch skiers and bikers from

the balcony.

Enjoy the ski-in/ski-out luxury from the second floor common entry as well as

being just down the hall from the hot tubs.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has king size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with

ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed for

maximum sleeping quarters without having to utilize the sleeper sofa in the

living area.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slope side accommodation.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
