Casa Bella is our smaller version of Casa Paradiso. We shut off two rooms making it a huge 3 Bedroom home, so you can experience this amazing property with a smaller group and making it more affordable also! Casa Bella is a luxury rural property that will make you feel like you're miles from anywhere, with the convenience of being within a 10 minute drive of Coffs Harbours main shops, Restaurants, Cafes, attractions and beaches.

This property has been newly completed in 2019 and built to the highest standards. Created to be an entertainer's dream with multiple living, eating and entertaining spaces. The largest of families will be more than comfortable with room enough for everyone. The property has ducted aircon/heating throughout, including the bedrooms.

Prepare your meals in the gourmet kitchen complete with a huge butlers pantry and all the appliances you will ever need to cook the perfect meal. The kitchen features modern conveniences such as Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, multiple fridges, and breakfast bar.

If you want to get plenty of time to relax then you will be able to find your own space with the choice of the main lounge room, media/cinema room, children's retreat or relax outside under the large shaded veranda. Want to watch a movie, this place has a state of the art cinema and media room with a huge HD TV.

The kids are well catered for with the garage decked out as a games room including ping pong, air hockey and a pool table. There is plenty of yard space to run around and kick a footy or burn off some excess energy.

There is a laundry for those who may need to do a load of washing. Undercover parking is provided for 2 vehicles under the carport with an additional four parks on the side of the driveway.

Casa Paradiso is a beautiful rural allotment only 10 minutes north of Coffs Harbours CBD, Jetty and main shopping centres. It is a lovely quiet spot that makes you feel you are in the middle of the country, however you are only a short drive from the CBD and some of Coffs Harbour's best beaches, with great surfing and fishing options.

Coffs Harbour is a city on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, Australia, 540 km (340 mi) north of Sydney, and 390 km (240 mi) south of Brisbane. It is one of the largest urban centres on the North Coast, with an estimated population of 77,648 in 2020.

Coffs Harbour's economy was once based mainly on bananas, now being superseded by blueberries as well as tourism and fishing. The wider region is known as the Bananacoast. It is an amazing holiday destination with pristine beaches and beautiful rainforests close by. It is very scenic due to the Great Dividing Range running through this region. There is so much to see in Coffs Harbour!
