Step inside to the updated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, new white cabinetry, and modern lighting, along with a convenient half bath. The kitchen extends into the open dining with plenty of seating and open concept.

Head down a few steps to the sunken living room with a large wall mounted TV that can stream and also has cable. Off the living room is the sliders to the deck with outside furniture and grill. You have amazing views from the deck and direct access to the private association beach.

The second floor has the primary bedroom with amazing views, lots of windows and a slider that leads out to a small balcony. There's an en suite bath with a shower and wall unit AC in the primary bedroom.

Up a few steps to the next level is the second bedroom with a queen size bed and a wall unit AC. There's a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on this level as well as a washer and dryer.

The third floor hosts another bedroom with a portable AC unit,and 2 twin beds with views of the sandy beach and water.

Lastly, the top floor has a pullout couch for extra sleeping accommodations and a large TV. A sliding glass door leads out to the rooftop deck with amazing views of Kalmus Beach.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
