for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation
Deck renovation project.
Terrific sunrises! Beautifully fully-renovated Waikiki Banyan condo offers
incredible comfort for you and your loved ones. Two private sleeping areas (2
queen beds) separated by Japanese shoji screen—where everyone can enjoy their
own space! Relax, recharge, rejuvenate in our slice of paradise perched high
above on the 30th floor! Spectacular views of the Ko'olau Mountains and the
Ala Wai Golf Course and canal. PLUS, just one block from the world-famous
Waikiki Beach! Beautiful, comfort, convenient, boasts all around. Enjoy modern
kitchen, appliances, and quartz countertops—everything you need for a fun
getaway. Make your favorite meals in our fully-equipped kitchen including
fridge with icemaker, air-fry toaster oven, microwave, rice maker,
coffeemaker, and more. A kitchen table seats four generously. Or relax in our
cozy pull-out queen sofa and chairs with a 55" HD flatscreen. Or, relax on our
lanai and soak up the gorgeous mountain views especially the fantastic
sunrises!
Convenient sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in each “room”, plus a
queen sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has additional features for
your comfort and convenience: a bidet toilet and hand shower with seat, and
offers greater privacy with separated bathroom doors.
FREE covered parking, FREE WiFi. Easy access to public transit, as the bus
stop is right next to the building. Take advantage of all of the extras we
provide so you can get the most out of your vacation.

surf, swim, enjoy Hula shows, night-life, and more. The Waikiki Banyan is
conveniently located near a wide selection of world class restaurants, and
specialty shops including the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian
Shopping Center. Public transportation is readily available, extremely
reliable, and located right outside the building on Kuhio Ave!
The recreation deck on the 6th floor is one of the largest in Waikiki and is
equipped with a swimming pool, two hot tubs, kids play equipment, tennis
court, basketball court, BBQ grills, picnic tables, sauna, and lounge chairs.
The Mini Mart is located on the 1st floor and is open daily. The Banyan Breeze
coffee shop is located on the 1st floor. 24 hour security is there to help you
rest easy.
Koko Resorts saves you money with standard amenities including FREE parking
for one vehicle, FREE WiFi internet, a TV with cable, A/C unit in the living
room. In addition, all suites managed by Koko Resorts include a full-size
kitchen.
Upon 24 hours notice, we can provide a tidy clean maid service for a small
