There are two separate seating areas to spread out, watch your favorite shows, play board games or curl up by the fire on cool evenings. The dining table seats all your guests, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large island counter with seating, and all the essentials needed to entertain friends and family.



Go outside to a private oasis for year-round outdoor living complete with a BBQ grill for family cookouts and outdoor dining, two shaded seating areas with Adirondack chairs, an outdoor fire pit, a herb garden, and a fully-fenced yard for privacy.



This modern Sedona home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in two beautifully appointed king bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 1 has desk space for remote work, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and bath/shower combo.

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
