The perfect house for a large family. The host was proactive and seemed readily available, although we didn’t actually need assistance because everything was easy! The location of the house was great. The shopping area right across the street had everything you might need its equal distance from glenwood springs and snowmass. Loved it and would absolutely stay again.

Excellent stay!

My family all enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and well appointed. Great location, walking distance to anything you need. Perfect for our mini reunion of 8 adults and 6 kids. The contact and communication before and during our stay was excellent. I would recommend this place for both summer and winter fun!

Family and extended family of 11 got together. Plenty of room for all, and plenty of space to gather and mingle. Hot tub was great and just steps from the door. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home, excellent location!

This is a very spacious home with attractive, quality furnishings. I enjoyed the vast yard as did my dog! I love the Willits area and it is so close to so many amenities. It would be a fabulous place to gather with family and friends. I would rent this property again in a heart beat.

Great for large group

This property is great for a larger group. It's very close to the grocery store as well as a bun h of shops and restaurants in Basalt. Even if you don't go out much they have a lot to do at the house with a great selection of games and activities. My family loved the cornhole, video games, ping pong and board games for the times we just wanted to stay in. The scenery all around is gorgeous and there is so much to do all around. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic house and location

this house is perfect for a large gathering. the location is premier, within walking distance over everything you might need. communication with the property manager was challenging at best. all in all i would highly recommend, and would secure this house again if the need arose.

Fun and clean house!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious and really fun (air hockey, etc). Also quick and easy trip to Snowmass, where we skied. We had mixed but generally positive feeling about the location. Family liked the convenience of walking across street to Whole Foods, but if it’s nature and seclusion you’re seeking — probably not the spot. A little more dishwashing and dishwasher product would be good. Pre check-in questions were a little frustrating — but just a little — no biggie.

David, took care of our home like it was their very own. They left the unit clean and with everything in place. We had a wonderful experience hosting this guest.

Spacious House

We had 12 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone in this house. It is very spacious with a big back yard and lots of fun for the kids. Grocery stores, restaurants and Starbucks are within walking distance. It's an easy drive to Snowmass, Buttermilk or Aspen for skiing. The only downside is the road noise if you are a light sleeper. We were able to solve that issue by using a white noise app on our phone. A fan would work too.
