The Mount Brook Cabin is situated on a private lot with views of the nearby Mt. Abram Ski Area and is just 5 minutes to the historic Bethel village and less than 15 minutes to world-class skiing and golf at Sunday River Resort. The sunny open floor plan has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and offers hard wood floors, a cathedral ceiling, double sliding doors to the large deck, stone faced gas fireplace and a primary suite on the first floor. A Finnish Barrel Sauna rounds out this mountain getaway and is a great place to unwind after a day on the mountain. The Mount Brook Cabin is pet friendly (no cats).

To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Mini Split Heat and A/C unit located in the great room. Window air conditioning units are located in the two upstairs bedrooms & the one main level bedroom. Window unit(s) operational from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend.
