"Gorgeous views, well appointed and comfortable home with responsive hosts, Spruce Peak Chalet was a perfect fit for our family group of 7 adults! The home was meticulously clean and outfitted with thoughtful and quality items. Cooking in that kitchen was an absolute pleasure, with plenty of storage, counter and island space and THAT VIEW right there in front of me! Having the 2nd full fridge downstairs with the bar kitchen was great for beverages, too. Even the outdoor sound system was top notch for the hot tub area. Quick and easy drive into town for provisions. Sunday River skiing was excellent, especially on non-holiday Friday, no lines. Thank you to Dave and Kim for providing an outstanding ski vacation spot that we truly felt at home in. 10/10!"

This property boasts a total of four bedrooms. Downstairs, you'll find the kids' room equipped with two twin bunk beds. On the primary floor, the Master bedroom offers a queen bed, a large HD streaming TV for entertainment, and access to the deck. Ascending to the third floor, there are two additional bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and direct access to a full bathroom. Additionally, you'll discover a remote workstation for your convenience and a pack n play for the little ones!

The house features a total of four bathrooms. Downstairs, there's a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub conveniently situated beside the kids' room. On the primary floor, you'll find a half bathroom conveniently located beside the washer room. The master bedroom offers a full ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower exclusively for its use. Additionally, on the third floor, each matching bedroom has direct access to a full bathroom for added convenience.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
