The great room includes the updated kitchen and breakfast bar and the living room features a stone, wood burning fireplace. Sliding glass door lead out the the partially covered upper deck where you can enjoy the view from the outdoor seating or dine at the outdoor table. The separate dining room is surrounded with windows that lookout through the tree tops. A half bathroom is situated just off the great room. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, jetted tub, and dual sinks. Downstairs, the second living room has a gas fireplace, TV with streaming, and access to the covered lower deck with seating. A second master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and another has two sets of twin bunkbeds. Both rooms share a bathroom with a walk in shower.
Please note that this home has a steep driveway and limited parking.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $3,000 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
