A beautiful gem on the edge of St. Pete Beach and Gulfport, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has been fully updated from top to bottom and truly offers a private oasis. If four bedrooms are too much, it can easily be converted into a 2 bedroom unit. The fully fenced corner lot spans over a quarter acre, with plenty of room for RV, boat, and vehicle parking, plus a 50-amp full RV hookup for guests at an additional cost. Enjoy endless entertaining with your own private volleyball court, fire pit, and hot tub. Just over a five-minute drive to St. Pete Beach, Downtown St. Petersburg, Treasure Island Beach, and right around the corner from the charming town of Gulfport and the boat launch, this home is also surrounded by golf courses and abundant shopping.

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay and had a blast on the volleyball court. The house was clean and fit every need while being within reasonable distance of the beach and downtown St Pete for activities. Would recommend!

Great accommodations and a wonderful Host

The layout was perfect for my husband and me, as well as our 3 grown kids and their spouses. Each room was spacious and not on top of each other, which allowed everyone to enjoy their downtime. We are already talking about coming back again to enjoy some beach time and bring the grandkids as well.

Guys weekend

Had a guys weekend with 5 of us in our 30’s. This place was perfect! We spent a ton of time on the volleyball court. Plenty of space for up to 6 to sleep. The privacy fences were great. Very close to everything we wanted to do. I recommend staying here!

Perfect Getaway

The owners have this property set up to where you don’t even realize that there is anyone else around you. The outside of the property is like a big playground for both kids and adults. The inside has been updated and was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. We would definitely look to rent this property again if we are back in the area.

We came in town for my best friends 40th birthday. We enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for our group. Location is not in the best area(so keep gates closed) but close to everything and we had no problems. Host are very friendly and had excellent communication. Thank you!

St.Pete friends trip

The property was easy to find. Even had a tag on maps to make it even easier. My friends and I found all the beds to be super comfortable. The place was a blast with drinking games provided. Since it’s summer it was way to hot to try out the hot tub but proximity to the beach was awesome. We were only 8-10 mins from downtown st.Pete. I would highly recommend this property and would visit again the future.

Great family home

It was a great place for the family. We tried to return a plate but just left outside since the code did not work slightly after 10am. Appreciated the cleanliness of the place. The rooms are very spacious. We r joyed the outside space at well. Had fun playing volleyball and corn hole. Thank you!

Nice but could use improvement

House was nice, location was near everything but honestly not on the best neighborhood. A lot of homeless people. The house it self was ok. The sofa and chair were both broken upon arrival, the front bedroom was unbearably hot. House is an older home which I have no problem with that but needs proper air flow to all rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay… we stayed busy and mostly were in the home to sleep.

Weekend Getaway

My friends and I loved the place! We stayed for a weekend and it just wasn’t enough time to enjoy all that the house had to offer. My friends and I loved using the volleyball court and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. There’s also 2 sofa beds that help with any overflow. The house is easy to find and there’s plenty of off-street parking. The location really worked for us; we were right in the middle of both the beach and downtown St Pete to be able to really explore the local area. Beyond the house, the service and property management team were very responsive and cared about our group’s experience without being over-burdensome.

Bachelorette weekend

My girls and I were looking for places to stay somewhere near the beach on the west coast of FL for my bachelorette weekend. We had already booked a place that ended up refunding us due to the max number of people rule changed (we are only a group of 7). Well it was clearly meant to be because we found this house and it was SO much better! It was our perfect bubble the perfect distance between the beach and downtown St Pete! It was so clean, spacious, just perfect! Communication - quick to respond if we needed anything, super friendly, and helpful. Such a smooth process and a great trip overall!!!

Great use of space

This was a great place to stay. We ended up having an impromptu graduation party (we contacted the owners and they approved it so long as we cleaned up and didn’t leave the place a mess). Everybody who came to the party commented about how much they loved the house and how well it was set up. The outdoor space was really what sealed the deal for us choosing this property and it did not disappoint. Florida itself was hot (as expected), so we didn’t get as much outside time as we wanted, but what time we did spend outside was nice and enjoyable, even with the increase in people. I personally loved having a desk in one of the rooms that I was able to sit and do homework at. It was extremely convenient that it was in a room also so I could shut the door and focus while everyone else was visiting. The owners were very communicative about things going on (such as a repair on one of the mornings). We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

Comfort of home

Our family of 5 was in town for the Clearwater Invitational College softball tournament. We were immediately impressed with how clean the house was. The nice sized 4 bedrooms were very comfortable while providing us all those moments to ourselves when needed. Although the weather did not cooperate like we wanted the outside area is adorable....the perfect place to gather for a fun drink, night of fireside chats or a game of volleyball! One of our family members has limited mobility so it was important to us that we have a house that he could easily move about in without worrying about falling. This house was listed as handicapped accessible however there are some characteristics within the house that could prove challenging - gravel walkway and a few step-ups/step downs within the house. Luckily our family member was able to manage the steps and really appreciated the large walk in shower. The property manager was readily available, communicate often and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect...including a "less than" 12 hour Amazon delivery of a new Roku.

The Property Management Group are Money Grabbers

This rental experience began very well. Good communication and the property was what I expected....then it took a terrible turn. They talk about a "5 Star Cleanliness" but there was dust and hair in the corners of each room as well as 5 balloons under one of the beds from a previous renter that had not been cleaned up, along with other party materials/trash under the same bed. During our stay, the property was great for 4 couples. But from 12p-11p one of the days, we were without internet. To be self-sufficient, we did our best to rectify the problem. In doing so, we had to open a closet...and I mention this because at 11pm I got a call from the property manager yelling at me for opening and closing the closet so often and accusing me of suspicious activity. When in reality, all I was trying to do was have the wifi amenity work that was promised in my nightly rental cost. Then at check out I received a text message saying, "Thank you guys for taking over all great care of the place!! We will be giving you guys a 5 star review!" But the next line explained they would be charging us for a pet fee because their cleaning team "suspected 2 pets b/c they found brown & black animal fur inside the house." There were no animals inside the house. And as I mentioned above, the "5 Star cleaning" they "strive to provide" left behind much hair and dust from a previous (or potentially multiple previous) stay(s) as well as other items of garbage (under the bed). The property management group initially sent me an invoice from a 3rd party site that was not a part of VRBO. This does not seem right to me, and something I know VRBO tries to avoid. Why wouldn't they want VRBO to know about this charge? No chance I will ever use this rental company again as they are trying to charge me extra for something "suspected" that is not true. And I “suspect” they were doing more monitoring of the property than VRBO allows in its guidelines. Lastly, the property is not in a great area. I had safety concerns for our party. Whatever you do, do not leave the property and head west. And if you are bringing your family/families, do not let the little ones leave the fortified yard. I can see why now they put up a 6ft high fence around the entire yard.
