Cute house, nice yard, but don’t expect much from management
This is my second time staying with RNR. The first time should have been enough when we asked multiple times for our dirty hot tub to be serviced. They replied with pricing and never showed to service it. This time dealing with management was again, a headache. Two days before arrival we received a message that our unit was vacant the night before if we wanted it for 50% off. The next day I texted asking if we could check in 1-2 hours early due to the storm that was coming in that night, office staff replied with they can’t guarantee it but they would be in contact. The next day when we left I texted the office again to see if we could arrive sooner than expected so we aren’t driving over the summit in dangerous conditions or stuck waiting at the resort center in a snow storm. I received a snappy text saying if it was available they would have contacted me. I stated we are trying to beat the weather, they said someone is working inside the unit. We figured since it was available sooner, 2 hours early check in wouldn’t be an issue. Drove by the unit and sure enough, completely vacant. Other than that, the unit was clean & nice. Beds were okay, couch was comfy and kitchen was stocked. The backyard is nice & large, the unit itself is quite small. Something to consider if you’re traveling with larger groups. Everything was updated inside as well, plenty of board games under the tv. My only complaint is dealing with RNR, otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
