Welcome to the Plaza 1512! This cozy 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath + Den Ocean Front Condo offers an AMAZING Direct Ocean View of the Atlantic Ocean from the Master Bedroom & Private Open Balcony. Your family of 8 will enjoy the AMAZING View, and all the amenities this condo and the Plaza has to offer. It features a fully equipped kitchen which opens up to the Dining Living Room area with an AMAZING view of the ocean. The Spacious Master Bedroom features 1-King Bed & private bath, and access to the private balcony. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 double beds, the Living room has a Queen Sleep Sofa and the den has a double futon. Also for your convenience, the condo has a washer, dryer & dishwasher. This condo rents mini-weeks or full weeks Sunday/Thursday during prime season and any three nights off season. The Plaza offers an indoor & outdoor heated pool, kiddie pool, oceanfront lounge, half-acre sundeck, whirlpool & sauna. During the summer season, enjoy the outside bar & grill. There is a $80 non-refundable building registration fee required upon arrival at the Plaza (April 1st to October 6th). Smoking is PROHIBITED in all units, balconies and pool deck. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside.
Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
