We sincerely apologize for the housekeeping and maintenance issues you encountered, as well as the inconveniences with the driveway signage, blinds, patio door lock, and TV options. We’re glad our maintenance team was able to respond the following day, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so they can be addressed. Unfortunately, the power, water, and Wi-Fi interruption caused by the high winds was beyond our control, but we understand how disruptive it was.
