This Rent In Highlands vacation rental home is pet friendly for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet  fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $1000.00 fine.

Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

Main Level:
This tranquil, one level, light-filled home offers a spacious, open-living layout with a large living room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a stone (gas) fireplace, vaulted ceilings, comfy seating, and hardwood floors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, a breakfast island, and an open layout that connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, perfect for family gatherings.

Two primary suites on opposite sides of the house, one with a king bed and the other with 2 queen beds, provide maximum privacy. The third queen bedroom offers additional sleeping space perfect for friends traveling together.

Outdoor Space:
The large wrap around deck and newly added covered entertaining area with woodburning fireplace and comfortable rockers will tempt you outside for dining al fresco and relaxing evenings by the fire. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing, secluded… this home is the perfect mountain retreat.
