Casa da Mantiqueira is located in a safe and fenced location, and offers tranquility for your family and friends.

Accommodates up to 10 people (7 adults and 3 children up to 10 years old), with three complete suites and two baby cribs. Ground floor and fully accessible to wheelchair users.

Casa da Mantiqueira has an incredible view and is located within a 230,000 m² site, with forests and streams, and surrounded by a large lawn of more than 9,000 m², offering space for all your family and friends.

The decoration was carried out with care and attention over the years, preserving family memories. The living room has a fireplace, cozy sofa, comfortable armchairs and a ceiling height of over 6 meters. The dining room has a large, spacious table and space for everyone, reminiscent of our grandmothers' houses.

For culinary lovers, the kitchen is professional, equipped with a state-of-the-art combined oven (Rational), a Victorello wood stove and a professional stove. In addition, we offer a wide variety of appliances, including a Nespresso machine and a wine cellar for your wines.

The house also has a TV room with SKY satellite, Netflix, Prime TV and DVD equipment, as well as Starlink internet with unlimited 150 Mb WiFi. For those who need to work, there is an isolated office with a printer, scanner and copier.

The large deck, measuring more than 150 m², offers the most impressive view of the region, overlooking the city's valley, Pedra do Baú, Pedra da Balança and Pedra da Divisa. The hammocks and armchairs invite you to rest and enjoy a relaxing aperitif. A gas heater guarantees comfort on the coldest nights and the mobile barbecue offers the possibility of placing it anywhere on the deck.

In the site area, you can enjoy nature and observe birds such as hummingbirds, seriemas, maritacas, toucans and jacús. If you're lucky, you might also spot squirrels, hares, deer and maned wolves. It is important to highlight that the site is organic, not using pesticides or chemical fertilizers since 2009.

During your stay, we provide bed linen, bath linen (bath and face towel), blankets, throws, duvets, soaps, shampoo, hairdryer and firewood for the fireplaces. Cleaning/housekeeping service from 08:00 to 12:00 is also included.

Additionally, you have full access to our pantry, which is available 24 hours a day, where you can find spices, flours, meats and more (available for an additional cost).

Casa da Mantiqueira is the perfect refuge to enjoy the mountain, but it is important to highlight that we do not accept animals of any size or species. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.

Create your own adventures by going down streams, walking along internal roads and getting to know true rural life. The possibilities are endless!

In the late afternoon, light the outdoor fire pit and enjoy roasting marshmallows while taking in the stunning views. The mobile barbecue allows you to take it to any part of the deck, without risk or worry.

We also offer a cleaning/housekeeping service from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, already included in the daily rate. If they wish to extend this service until 4:00 pm, an additional difference will be charged, to be paid directly to the employee.
