There is a year-round minimum stay of seven nights. Bella Lago is newer construction and this condo is very nicely decorated and furnished. The resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island. There is deeded beach access. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and SWFL International Airport. Trolley service is available in the Times Square area. Amenities at Bella Lago include a resort-style pool, sauna, tennis courts, fitness room, community room, and fishing pier. The condo has ceiling fans throughout, linens and towels, complimentary WiFi, and your private laundry room.
Walk into a furnished entry foyer then into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. The entry foyer and kitchen have architectural tray ceilings with recessed lighting. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight, with plenty of granite countertops with tile backsplash and under-counter lighting. There is a peninsular bar from the kitchen out to the dining area with a European-style stainless-steel sink. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a dishwasher, a double-door refrigerator with a pull-out freezer drawer, a glass-top range with convection and self-cleaning oven, and an above-range built-in microwave oven. There is also a Keurig coffee maker and everything necessary to prepare full-course meals if so desired. The kitchen flows into the dining area which has a rectangular table seating six. Adjacent to the dining area is the living area with comfortable leather sofas and two swivel chairs. Opposite the seating area is a credenza, above which is a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There are expansive sliding glass doors providing access out to the screened-in balcony that is nicely furnished with a cushioned patio sofa with end tables, a coffee table, as well as two cushioned patio chairs with ottomans and a cocktail table. The view from the balcony overlooks the lake on the resort, as well as the resort swimming pool. In the background is a view of the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The primary bedroom with ensuite bath has a king-size bed, a desk, a triple dresser, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from here lead out to the screen-enclosed balcony. There is also a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has two granite-top vanities, a corner garden tub, full wall mirrors above the vanities, a separate commode room with a pocket door, and a very nicely tiled walk-in shower with a built-in seat. The first guest bedroom is just off the entry area through French doors and is furnished with a queen-size bed, ample closet space, a double dresser, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The second guest bedroom has a king-size bed, ample closet space, a triple dresser with a mirror, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The hallway guest bathroom has a granite-top vanity with a combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors.
The unit also offers access to the private storage unit located in the "basement", that includes beach chairs for guest use!
