The cottage can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

It has three bedrooms on the garden level, including 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (double and single).

The spacious kitchen with island will allow you to cook delicious meals in good company.

For your entertainment, you have access to satellite television, a bluetooth sound bar to connect your favorite music, WIFI, indoor fireplace and a foosball table.

A peaceful outdoor space has been set up for your comfort. You will find a 4-season spa and a relaxing fireplace.

You will have at your disposal during the summer season: 2 kayaks for adults and 1 kayak for a kid.

Parking available on the main street at the top of the slope. Do not drive your car down the slope when the road is icy or snowy even with a 4x4 or AWD. We will not be responsible for cars stuck at the bottom of the slope. If so, you will need to hire a towing service.

To get to the chalet, there is a steep slope that you have to walk down. It is not accessible to people with reduced mobility or anyone with physical difficulties or limitations.

The internet offered to you is an LTE cellular connection, it is not 100% reliable. It allows you for example to check emails or any other activity of the kind, it is not stable for videoconferences.

Please note that we do not give any guarantee on operation, cleanliness or technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance performed during this period).
Please note that we supply propane only between the months of May to October.

The indoor gas fireplace is unavailable from May to September due to a lack of maintenance during this period. It is in service from early October to the end of April. If you would like to use it outside these dates, please feel free to request it, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that during the winter period (November to April), we do not guarantee access to or operation of the outdoor fireplace due to weather conditions that are beyond our control. However, you will have access to a shovel if you ever want to clean the site and use the fireplace. Thank you for your understanding.

We provide one bath towel per person. Extra towels, spa or beach towels are not provided.

Please note that this is a river near the chalet, we strongly suggest that you pay attention to the intensity of the current before venturing there.

To facilitate your travels during the winter season, we suggest that you bring a sled with you to carry your luggage and descend the slope more easily.
