Stay in a Noosa waterfront paradise is this prime location Noosa accommodation. Experience nature’s finest with Ravenwood Park and Culgoa Point as close away as 3 minutes from your doorstep. The Noosa River Mouth, and Noosa National Park are also close by, and just a 10-minute (or 1km) stroll will bring you to iconic Hastings St and Noosa Main Beach.

After an extensive renovation and rebuild, this amazing waterfront holiday home at 17 Key Court in a wanted location in Noosa Sound is now ready for you to enjoy. Now with 4 bedrooms sleeping 10 people, free Wifi, a sound system throughout the house controlled from one wall mounted pad and a pool, this property will leave you in awe at the level of luxury and technology.

Over 2 levels, the additional master bedroom suite, the new pool and internal fit out are of the highest standard. On the upper level is the sumptuous new master suite with freestanding bath, super comfortable queen bed, ducted air-conditioning, 55-inch wall mounted TV, walk-in robe and private balcony. Plus, there are 2 other air-conditioned bedrooms on this upper level – one with 2 double beds and the other with a queen bed, all fitted with block-out blinds, as well as a family bathroom.

On the lower level is an a 2nd air-conditioned master suite with ensuite, walk-in robe, king bed, 50-inch wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, electric blinds and views of the rear patio and pool area. The large open plan living area on this level has an indoor/outdoor flow to the covered terrace and pool area, with direct access to the private jetty (see note below regarding the jetty) and sandy beach front. The living area includes a 75-inch wall mounted Smart TV as well as a gas feature fire for the cozy winter evenings.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream with high end appliances throughout including an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fully integrated fridge/freezer, plus a Delonghi Nespresso pod coffee machine to make your brew - do not forget to bring your favourite pods!

Step out through the sliding doors to the alfresco dining and entertaining area which includes outdoor furniture, Weber BBQ, ceiling mounted heaters and solar heated pool (please note that the pool is heated to 26 degrees).

The separate media room on the ground level includes a huge 86-inch wall mounted TV, comfy seating, a bar fridge, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and block out blinds – just the place to get away to watch your favourite show. An additional downstairs guest bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet. And to top it off, from the external patio area there is a spiral staircase leading up to a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy great views of the Noosa Sound waterway while relaxing with a 5pm cocktail, or just sitting back and soaking up the warm sun.

The laundry offers front loader washer and clothes dryer, and parking is available in the lock up garage plus secure driveway parking behind the gate.

Important Notes:
-The Owner has a boat and jet ski moored on the jetty which are not for guest use. A boat can be pulled up on the sandy beach in front on the waterside of the property.
-This property is strictly a non-smoking environment and prohibits weddings, functions, parties or schoolies - If this policy is breached you will face immediate eviction and all funds paid will be forfeited.
- Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets.
- A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10am and 'check in' is not before 3pm.

Incredible holiday home

Amazing stay at one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed in. The house itself is brand new, state of the art technology, immaculately clean, heated pool. Very easy 5-10min walk into town. Didn’t really notice the construction as our kids were up at 0600 anyway (lots of natural light inside). Only downside was very limited pantry supplies (no coffee pods, salt, pepper, oil etc) and upstairs outdoor retreat was out of use for our stay due to maintenance. Will definitely book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is so beautiful. Everything is brand new from the early 2021 renovation and it has everything you could possibly need: heated pool, gas fire, rooftop terrace, on the canal with a jetty and small beach, and a 10 min walk to Hastings St. An amazing house with very tasteful and elegant finishes.

Fabulous property

The house couldn't have been more beautiful, with the river, the pool, how it was decorated. Great location as well. Only issue we had was that the entire house was a smart house and so you couldn't do anything (i.e. couldn't turn off lights, lock the door etc) without the use of the iPad. When this glitched it meant we spent our entire first night with all the lights on, the aircon off and fridge/freezer off. We spoke to management and they couldn't help until the next day which was a bit of a pain sleep wise. Beautiful house, but definitely over engineered!

Unfortunate experience with booking, agent and noise

This property is beautiful but unfortunately a week before our stay the booking was cancelled by the owner/agent as the pool heater was broken and we asked for a discounted rate. It was then relisted the same day at a lower rate but the broken pool heater was not mentioned. We rebooked and the property was lovely, although the smart home system failed in a couple of ways: one of the bedrooms' motorised blinds were out of charge so the first night those guests did not have the blinds fully closed and a technician had to visit; the patio heaters are not easy to navigate through the smart system and we were cold outside on the first evening - again, a technician had to be called. The property next door and the property directly opposite are both construction sites so we were woken 2 out of our 4 mornings by power tools and general construction noise. Neither this nor the broken pool heater were referred to in the listing. When the first booking was cancelled via an email from the booking agent it was short, curt and unapologetic, and a subsequent email from the same rep was even less sympathetic even though I had less than a week to resolve the accommodation dilemma for my 6 guests. When we were actually in Noosa and at the property, the agents we came into contact with were pleasant, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately the problems with the booking and the construction noise have left us with less than ideal reflections of this trip.

Thank you for your review, we do appreciate it. When the owner who had been inhouse discovered the pool heating compressor unit was not working we had an electrician in on the Sunday morning the week before your stay and an issue was found with the pool heater itself and the pool company was contacted on the Monday. You were also contacted direct and you put 2 x ultimatums to management: a discount to match the rate of another non-waterfront & non heated pool property or 2. take a refund. As the owner owns the booking and not us as agents under QLD legislation, the owner makes the final call and he opted to refund you. This was promptly done the afternoon of your email and Trust Accounts issued the full refund by 6.30pm that night. We have no control over the pricing on VRBO, and any changes we make to our website get pushed through to the VRBO listing and it can take 24-hours to update from our website. However you were aware the property had no pool heating and managers and our res team were on alert for any new bookings that may have come in to alert the new guests straight away. VRBO did list the property at a lower rate, Noosa Holiday Rentals did not action that. VRBO puts an auto-discount on when a property is vacant on about 10-days before arrival, and we have no control over that pricing so you it was great you were able to pick up a good rate for the property. As you know, a whole new pool heating system was installed across several hours on the very morning of your arrival after the management team, the owner, the pool company and the pool heater technician got it organised. The blinds do need to be charged every 6 to 12-months and there is no indication at all when they stop - they just start to lag and quickly stop working via the remote - so apologies you had a half-down blind in one of the rooms for your guests. But this was all sorted by 4pm on the first afternoon of your stay with the technician Todd attending at 11am after our handyman also inspected at 10am on the first morning of your stay. The outdoor heat bars were working perfectly and nothing was wrong with the system after it was checked and tested by an electrician Scott and he kindly left a note for you as to how to operate the pad system on the wall at 4pm. at 5pm you contacted the office stating it was not working, and we had Scott call you direct to take you through the settings. This property is lovely, we agree with you and we do hope you enjoyed your stay with your guests!
