Relax in style

Great location with everything you could possibly need to move in and have a good time. Very relaxing especially listening to the water fountain in the pond outside the lanai. Highly recommend!

As a condo owner in Alabama, we were very disappointed. The pool was about all we enjoyed during our stay. With only one TV in the villa the condition of the living room couch was very uncomfortable and should be put in the trash. We had to call the agent 2x to get them to come and clean the spider webs out of the lanai and to clean the sliding doors leading to the lanai. When the cleaning crew of 2 women came in they didn't have the right tools to do the job and only did half of the webs and made the windows dirtier then when they got there. The kitchen is only set up for 2 people unless they wash the dishes every day which is not why I went on vacation. They don't have a Keurig coffee maker which I would recommend they purchase one for future rentals. To say the building noise at the pool was very disruptive is an understatement. We were informed that the Tiki Hut was under construction but to only have the pool and workout area available was not what was sold to us in the vrbo listing. Another suggestion if I might add, is this place needs to be painted and decorated. The light grey walls and only 2 pictures on the walls didn't give us the warm feeling that we were in Naples, FL. In short, unfortunately it was a place to sleep at night but that's about it. The Naples Reserve area is well maintained and beautiful.

Not Fabulous

Check-in was overly complicated. We got different info from different people. Unit was spotlessly clean, and had a nice view of the small lake and wildlife. Unit was finished very cheaply-no towel bars, wall attached tp holders, lots of cheap plastic dishes, cheap lights and toaster. Set-up was done on a shoestring, or they ran out of money. Owner doesn't allow a grill, and there's no place to sun, unless you put one of the "kid's" chairs out into the driveway. You're pretty much trapped inside this place. A mile away is a nice pool with amenities. Workout room was good. A 30min drive into Naples. I would advise trying some other spot.

We apologize if the finishing touches of the unit did not meet your expectations however, the pictures in our marketing are an accurate depiction of the home. Your feedback regarding towel bars, toilet paper holders, and dishware is valuable, and we will take it into consideration for future improvements. We understand your disappointment regarding the lack of amenities such as a grill and outdoor space for sunbathing but again there is no mention of a grill or sunbathing in the description of the home. Regarding the distance to Naples, it's worth noting that this information is disclosed prior to booking. While we understand it may not have aligned with your preferences, it's important to clarify that this factor is provided upfront. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the nearby pool and workout room.

Outstanding Villa, ultimate vacation.

The Villa in Naples Reserve is the ultimate vacation home. Located in the best community in Naples Florida. The home is elegantly appointed, very comfortable bed, awesome shower and extremely spacious. The lanai overlooks a lake with fountains and amazing sunsets. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The community has ultimate amenities, pool with waterfall, lounging beach, island view, water sports, biking and a 3 mile walking trail, tennis/pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, dog parks, children’s playground. The poolside restaurant and tiki bar has amazing food and drinks with equally amazing staff. Everyone made you feel like family. Everything is within a short drive - Publix Supermarkets, Walmart, multiple Restaurants and Downtown Fifth Avenue. Don’t miss Oaks Farm Seed to Table on Davis Blvd. Mike Z was available every step of the way. Communicated very well and made the check in process easy and flawless. This is the ultimate vacation home. Look forward to our next visit.
