Perfect place
It was perfect except the cleaning people forgot to leave any soap. Location was amazing and the fake fireplace was lovely. Bed was very comfortable The electric heater in the living room was great. View was perfect. We will be back

Overall great stay, minor improvements could make it awesome
The property is in a great location and really close to everything. The place itself was good overall. Has a nice bathroom and bedroom. Fireplace was great. It was overall clean, but there is this slight smell when u first walk in, not sure what it is. Some of the cookware (pots/pans) are in bad condition and need replacing. Other than that, the place worked out just fine.

A twin-size mat for our child was agreed upon prior to booking but was questioned at arrival until screenshots were provided.•Some kitchen items need attention. The toaster produced heavy smoke due to damage, and pots and pans are quite worn.•Additional agreements and ID upload were required after booking through VRBO, which was unexpected.•Toiletries provided were minimal (1 oz shampoo and soap) for a family of three staying six days, requiring us to purchase our own. • No recycle trash site. Overall:Nice location, but clearer communication and better maintenance would improve the guest experience

Great place but shady business practices
The place was great but they threaten to cancel your stay if you don't sign an extra agreement with them, upload a picture of your license, and provide a credit card. I had already paid for the trip in full and agreed to VRBOs terms and conditions. I complied because I didn't want to risk being 12 degree weather with my family and no place to stay, but I think this practice is unethical. At minimum, they should communicate in the listing that they have these requirements. Waiting until after they've received payment and the cancelation period has past is shady.
Which is unfortunate because the place was great otherwise.
