Sunrise Sea is a beachy and cozy 2 bedroom, 2 full bath ocean block beach getaway and has plenty of room for your family! Just steps away from the sunny beach, you're also close to nearby popular eating establishments and many resort activities and fun. Sleeping arrangements: BR1 has a queen bed, BR2 has two full size beds, and the living room has a sleep sofa, for a total occupancy of 8. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Bedroom televisions are streaming only. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
There are two full baths, each with a tub/shower combo. Recently updated stove/oven and dishwasher and wifi plus cable TV in the living room while the bedroom TV provides steaming service only.
This property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. Condo offers two parking spots.
Non smoking, non vaping, no pets please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
