The space

This contemporary, architecturally designed home brings a truly unique abode with that rural feel and all the creature comforts you would expect within today’s lifestyle. It is set on natural bushland encapsulating the beautiful peppermint trees and bird habitats. The property has commanding views over the bushland with a running creek that flows into the Brookland Valley – a stunning and unique part of the region.

As you arrive at the property you will drive into the portico area to protect you from the weather and enter with the keyless front door. Guests entering the home will be impressed with the living area which features a stunning dual sided stone fireplace which also blends into a large dining area comprising of a well-appointed culinary kitchen with a scullery-laundry.

The dining area has a large table that can seat 10 to 14 guests which flows into an expansive outdoor alfresco area. The alfresco dining and seating area will allow you to enjoy the breath-taking views into the bushland and natural landscapes including firing up the barbecue or enjoying toasted marshmallows around the firepit.

Adjacent to the formal living area is a more casual room, which provides cosy sofas (convert to sofa beds) with a selection of games, books and a large flat smart TV. The open living dining and kitchen area also has fully reverse cycle deducted air conditioning.

Each of the four large bedroom suites have open ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms comprise of king beds, reverse cycle air-conditioning and flat screen TV’s. The bathrooms have a mix of spa baths and baths, rain showers with underfloor heating and electric blinds which open to views over the bushland.

Designed by local architect Ingrid Spelman, this elegant and spacious home offers wonderful accommodation for up to fourteen guests. With separate sitting rooms, and infinite views of the natural landscape, guests will feel relaxed and restored by the sense of space.

The house is 15 minutes’ drive to the Margaret River township or 10 minutes to the beautiful beach at Gracetown. A very special place for those wanting to enjoy a luxurious country retreat with close driving access to beaches, wineries and restaurants.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent provided) and dryer should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

Amazing stay for our large family. Abundance of amenities, cutlery, kitchen utensils, towels, space, etc. House was exactly as in the photos, and house was super nice to stay in. Would definitely stay again. We loved our stay ❤️

Great accommodation with full of amenities and equipment. Located in the very centre of MR winery area. Very peaceful and refreshing even in winter season.

Wow! What an incredibly beautiful home! Hidden within Flutes Estate, it makes it feel private and secluded. We had an amazing stay, the house is exactly as described. It is stunning in the photos, however, even more stunning in reality.
We will definitely be staying again.

The home is not a suitable venue for functions, parties or to be used for large social gatherings.

A cleaning and linen fee of $650 is built into the accommodation rate of your stay and is not billed separately.
