Great location! Walked to Downtown, Historic District and Riverfront. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our group. Lots of stairs to get to bedrooms, just keep that in mind!Would stay again!

The house was great for our group of 10 adults. Easy to uber anywhere. Well stocked if you want to cook. Easy walk to Forsyth park but a bit of a hike to the riverfront in the heat. Great stay! Thank you!

Cohen House for Labor Day Weekend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house is wonderful. You can walk and Uber/lyft quickly. The home itself house all nine of us comfortably and was soooooo spacious. It was nice to have the space to leave our rooms and go and assemble to another part of the home to talk or play a game. We did not wander to the backyard too often as it was a bit overgrown. Not really inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and could sleep all beyond our expectations. Lucky Savannah was easy to call and manage our questions. Exceptionally professional and courteous. We had a great time enjoying the sights of Savannah.

Perfect stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 10 adults stayed for three nights. Heatwave of August 2026, thankfully each bedroom had a fan to help cool off the bedrooms. The 11 foot ceilings can hold heat.The main house does have several flights of stairs, so be prepared. The Garden apartment has its own entrance and just one step down.Very large kitchen with 2 stoves and ovens and well equipped, except need potholders to be available.We asked for the outdoor grill to be clean and have gas, and it was! Wish weather had not been so hot so could have enjoyed the patio area. Since house is on the end of W Jones, street parking was always available. Will put this house on a repeat stay location for my family.

Beautiful Stay

The place was beautiful, we stayed for two nights for my wife's birthday, and brought the family down. It slept everyone comfortably, and was very well kept. The historic charm you get while staying there is fantastic!

Charming and comfortable Victorian in a great location in the historic district. Worked extremely well for our group of 6 friends. Clear communication and responsive to any questions. Would book again.

Host was great. However the house needs a deep cleaning and some updated furniture not enough towels for a 5 night stay 1 for each person. The garden apartment was not usable due to dampness and musty smell however they did refund the money for that area.lots of stairs location was great. Kitchen needs updated. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Beautiful home in beautiful neighborhood

We came to Savannah for a black tie wedding. 5 of us stayed in the house. All of us are senior citizens. Lovely home with all kinds of amenities. Jones Street is just beautiful. Very short walk to the Crystal Beer Parlor which had delicious food and ice cold beer. Lots of stairs so just be aware of that!

Great place to stay!

Had my wife’s 30th here and we loved it. AC did give us a little bit of trouble but the management team had someone out to sort it. Do you believe in ghosts? Well, there may or may not be some hanging around. Maybe we misplaced some stuff or maybe it was ghostly! Not sure. Great place to stay regardless! Great management company.

Great place except for the bugs.

We booked this for a birthday celebration. The main house and the garden apartment in the basement or carriage house as in the description which is in the basement. There were 8 of us. Upon waking up on Saturday the people downstairs in the basement partner found bugs in their bed. We sent a text and called Lucky Savannah. They came out in the afternoon and found a caterpillar in one of the beds. We took a picture of the bug in the bed and sent it to the company. There is lots of space and the bedrooms are large. Property cleanliness and appliances

The property location was great. The kitchen appliances were awful. They are all very old. The refridgerator water and ice maker did not work. The stove top did work. The dishwasher door was broken. The master bathroom rugs were dirty.

The only issues we had were:1) Drains on the second floor were backed up and did not drain properly2) The apartment in the basement smelled of mold and the washer/dryer room seemed to have wet flooded floors.
