It's a really nice place right on the shores of Lake Tahoe. It looks to have been recently renovated (not sure) and comes with everything you need to enjoy time with family while taking in a spectacular view. Was perfect for our family gathering.

Absolutely delightful property and worth the premium cost. The beach is connected to the back deck right outside the back door. The place was extremely clean on arrival, modern, and in great shape. Host left comprehensive instructions, including any easy to digest tip sheet on the fridge. We also appreciated the complimentary wine and snacks.

Beautiful home, just as described

The home was perfect for early Christmas getaway. Everything was as pictured and described and we had everything we needed. Just loved it and will be back. We were there during quite a snowstorm and the rental company was very accommodating in extending our stay while we waited for roads to open.

Great Location and Size

We took our first family vacation to Lake Tahoe and loved this property. It’s updated and very clean. The view of the Lake is gorgeous and the proximity to Heavenly Mountain, the California Lodge and shopping is great. RnR had wonderful communication with us and was able to even get us baby gear in the middle of the blizzard. Our family highly recommends this property!

Clean & relaxing space

This listing was perfect for our group of friends to stay in on our ski trip. It was a short drive into town to reach the gondola or other amenities of the Heavenly town. It was also a short drive to the Heavenly base. The space was large enough for each of to have our own rooms and the kitchen came in handy when it came to whipping up breakfast. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful

We had the most amazing stay at this Lake Tahoe VRBO! The view from the deck was absolutely stunning, and we spent a lot of time just soaking in the beauty of the lake and mountains. The house had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to super comfortable beds. It was also really easy to get to all the places we wanted to explore—whether it was hiking trails, the lake, or local spots to eat. This place truly felt like a home away from home!

Wonderful!

I've stayed at a lot of places in Tahoe, and this deserves 6 stars. The view really is as beautiful as the pictures. The windows are huge and completely see-through. The place is well outfitted with cooking supplies for a group. And the place is just nice -- must have been remodeled relatively recently, as everything feels completely modern. We loved it!

Beautiful Scenery and very beautiful home

This house was equipped with everything in mind.very cleaned and great location. The only down fall is two rooms out of four don’t have closets and the beds and pillow were very hard. But the rest was very well kept.

Rafael and Lidia, thank you for your review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed our sparkly clean home and that it had everything you needed for a great stay. Thank you for the feedback. Mattresses and pillows are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. Also, thanks for letting future guests know that two of the bedrooms do not have closets. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope you enjoyed your time in beautiful South Lake Tahoe!

Had to leave 3 days early because of bad weather, road closures, and mountain ski lifts were closed

The property was excellent. 5 bedrooms. great location and looks exactly like the pictures. would have loved the patio to be shoveled so we could use it. had to leave 3 days early due to horrible weather and pending road closures etc. Would suggest buying insurance at this time or put on AMEX.

Sherry, thank you for your review. We’re so glad to hear you loved our home's gorgeous lakefront location and luxury interior. We apologize that the epic snowstorm over your dates impacted your stay so harshly. Unfortunately, when a ton of snow falls and the temperatures rise and then fall, the snow turns to thick ice before we can shovel it. We do our best to break it up and carve pathways for our guests. For future guests to note, we prepare our homes for extreme weather conditions by providing lanterns under the kitchen sink in the event of power outage, and snow shovels and ice melt if you need to shovel any area around the home. Thanks for recommending trip insurance! We provide the insurance for a small additional fee, which may help reimburse you when mother nature throws wrenches into your plans. And side note, we do not accept AMEX but do accept all other major credit cards. We’re so sorry again that the snowstorm did not provide the true RnR Experience at our home Sherry. We hope you come back up to see us again in more cooperative weather!

Waterfront beauty

This condo is in beautiful condition. Well appointed kitchen and updated bathrooms. Unobstructed views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Only negative is the convoluted wi-fi/internet situation. Very old school and annoying. Also, had to spend a lot of time to get TVs working. That could be improved for sure. Would recommend this unit without reservation unless you really need good internet service.
