Glennishka is secluded on three acres amongst the marri trees. Overlooking the valley and forest, you can enjoy your own private paradise while only seven minutes from town. The timber and stone interior has a homely but luxurious feel. Watch the sunset sharing a bottle of wine on the balcony or sitting on the rocks down by the river. With expansive windows, the rush of the river and the hum of nature, you can experience comfort and natural serenity in Glennishka’s cicada-loud glade.
The Space -
The open plan living spaces are perfect for family and friends to eat, drink and relax together. Floor to ceiling windows and doors open to the deck and outdoor living areas, letting the sea breeze flow through in the summer, augmented by reverse-cycle air conditioning. In the cooler months, let the wood fire warm you. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is great for cooking and baking. The upper floor belongs to the master suite, a spacious room featuring panoramic 180-degree views over the forest which can be appreciated from the bed, balcony or the spa. Pamper yourself, turn on the bubbles and soak in the scenery. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and overlooks the valley.

Mobile phone and internet: there is very limited phone signal, however there is WiFi and internet calls are possible. There is WiFi enabled TV but, due to our location, the internet is via satellite and has a data limit, so please reduce streaming definition and keep streaming duration reasonable.
River: the Margaret River at the bottom of the property is unfenced; parents with young children in particular should be aware of this and may consider the property unsuitable.
Steps: the expansive living area is bi-level, separated by two low steps which do not have a hand-rail as can be seen in the property photo gallery; this is an integral architectural feature of the property but may not be suitable for all guests.
