When you walk through the front door of this award-winning home, you will be in awe of the amazing views overlooking Bells Point, the red sandy beach and the Confederation Bridge.
Outside views are spectacular from sunrise to sunset; including the stars at night. Access the private beach by the private stairs. Family friendly warm water, red sand & views for miles. Spend hours walking & exploring the beach as the tide changes daily from high to low creating warm tidal pools trapping ocean life like snails, hermit crabs, fish, clams & mussels. Enjoy watching a wide variety of shore birds that live on the island, bald eagles & great blue herons.

The professionally landscaped property boasts a nautical fence, lighthouse, lots of trees for privacy and a large flat lawn that is perfect for outdoor games.
Relax outdoors on the large deck facing Bells Point and the Confederation Bridge in the comfortable conversation seating area with Fire Table. Enjoy outdoor BBQ & dining with tables for adults and small children. Automatic awning adds shade.
Step inside the sliding glass doors to the conveniently located fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Double oven, induction stove top, dishwasher, microwave and several appliances – everything you need.
