Cute & cosy- minute walk to the Beach

Cute & cosy 2 bedroom tiny house.
This is prefect if visiting family & want some where to stay at night.
Please note- this is only a small tiny house, small lounge, and small kitchenette with mini fridge and small freezer. But has a dishwasher as I can not survive without one!
Small bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
One queen bed in one room and one king single and one single bed in the other room.
So sleeps 4 people.

Linen (please sleep between the sheets) and towels included. Also supplied for each day long life Milk, basic coffee & tea, and breakfast cereals.
Everything else you supply. But some staples & basics you can help your self to.
Crockery, cooking- pots , pans etc supplied.

You can also use the wi fi but it can play up if the weather is bad. Or just use your hot spot for internet. Great mobile phone reception.
I just set up a booster as good for working, emails but slow now and again for movies downloading. But it’s usually pretty good. TV with chrome cast & Netflix.

Paved area with outside table ,chairs & umbrella and BBQ.
Covered gazebo with a day bed for relaxing and an outside shower.

No special EV charger- but my charger can reach from the car parking space to the power point.

Literally 1-2 minute walk to the beach- summer there are life guards on- best lifeguards that won the world champs- so we are very blessed.

Depending on availability a local you can book direct is $30 paid direct to them, but happy to arrange if required- to take you on a quad buggy scenic trip around the Waikato river then down on the on to the Beach. It’s surprising how big it is. One side the west coast beach and the other the mighty Waikato river:.

Dairy with usual supplies, you can drive your Tuakau for bigger shopping or the new Countdown in Pokeno. It you come off and shop there on your way.
Camping ground does takeaways on weekends. Sundays- Coffee Bar does coffees.

Checkout can be flexible- depending if there is another booking. Please check with the host first otherwise 11am.
Usually check out 11am but if no other bookings can check out at 12:00-noon TBC or by arrangement. Check in is flexible can be earlier than 2pm by request.
