***From September 9th, 2025, to March 15th, 2026, the Building will undergo a fall/winter project. This will include: construction noise daily from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Dust from the construction project will exist in the work areas. Both your custodian team and Phoenix Coatings will work to keep the areas as clean as possible. While walkways will be accessible, construction teams will work in the walkways throughout the project.
Walking and driving paths will be modified during the project to ensure the safety of owners, guests, and workers. Swing stages will be used on all four sides of the building based on the areas being worked on throughout the project. Some landscaping on the south side of the drive-up will be relocated during the project. Pruning will be necessary for some landscaping on the south side of the building. The far east side of the parking lot will be blocked off and used for staging and material laydown. Dates subject to change. ***
The Beach Club A-1901 is a stunning four-bedroom, four-bath condo perched on the 19th floor of Avalon Tower. This east corner, Gulf-front unit offers breathtaking panoramic views from every room!

• Beautiful ceramic tile flooring runs throughout the entire unit for a clean and coastal feel.
• The fully equipped kitchen features sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a latte/cappuccino machine, a deep fryer, a dining table for six, and four additional bar stools at the counter—ideal for gathering and entertaining.
• Convenient in-unit washer and dryer.
• The living area includes a queen-size sofa sleeper—plenty of space for extra guests!
• The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and a spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub.
• The second bedroom also features a king-size bed.
• The third bedroom includes another king-size bed for added comfort.
• The fourth bedroom is great for families, with two queen-size beds.

• Amenities include a beachfront community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids' entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, a fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional service fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service. **Guests may enjoy the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks without purchasing clubhouse access.
• Skip the lines! This unit features keyless entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out.
• Parking passes are $42.00 each, plus tax. Visitor passes are available for $7.00/day for non-renting guests to access the spa, shops, and restaurants. Two parking passes are automatically applied to all reservations. If your group requires a different number, simply notify the office so the correct number of passes can be issued. Registration info is required for each vehicle to gain property access.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
