Welcome to Modern Mountain! This stunning modern home is located in the Crown View community with INCREDIBLE views of Table Rock Lake and steps away from Silver Dollar City (2 min drive or ½ mile walk)!

This spacious 4500 square foot, wheelchair-friendly home is perfect for large family events and reunions and SLEEPS 35! 7 bedrooms and 7 1/2 baths including a MASSIVE BUNK ROOM on the third level with FIVE BUNK BEDS (3 twins over full with trundle pull-outs and 2 other twins over full bunks in addition to 2 twin sofa beds) and a kid's living room with 2 couches and a TV means there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax…kids included! Our home includes 3 levels, a LARGE KITCHEN with two ovens and two refrigerators (second one at the wet bar in the great room), TWO LARGE DINING TABLES to seat everyone at the same time, TWO LARGE DECKS each with their own FIREPLACE and an outdoor TV, an 8-person HOT TUB, GRILL and dining area on the lower deck, TWO LIVING ROOMS with a great room upstairs with a WET BAR, FOOSBALL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY TABLE, and TWO ARCADES.
