Modern Rustic is a stunning modern home located in Crown View with incredible views of Table Rock Lake! This home is 3 levels, 4,500 sq ft, sleeps 35 with 7 bedrooms, 7 ½ bathrooms and is wheel-chair friendly making it perfect for large family events and reunions.

Walking in on the main level, you will find a large fully-equipped kitchen with double ovens and an island – making cooking big meals a breeze! Looking to enjoy meals together? This home offers two expansive dining tables with room to seat everyone. Head onto the deck to showcase your grill master skills while watching the game on the large flat screen. Take a relaxing dip in the private 8-person hot tub or lounge by the fireplace while gazing at Table Rock Lake. Back inside you will find comfortable furnishings, a large tv, and another fireplace! This level offers two king bedrooms with daybeds and twin trundles. There is a washer and dryer on each level offering convenience for everyone.

Head upstairs to the middle level of Modern Rustic. Here you will find another great room with double-decker windows that provide amazing views of Table Rock Lake! Lounge on the sofa with your favorite show on the flat-screen and make sure to grab some snacks and cold beverages from the wet bar with a full-size fridge. Get ready to compete against one another on the foosball and air hockey tables, beat your high score on the two arcades, and practice your swing on the putting green and mini driving range! The second deck with a fireplace and outdoor tv are calling your name for some ultimate relaxation in the fresh Ozarks air. This level offers two king bedrooms and two bedrooms with double queens for a wonderful night's sleep. Upstairs to the third floor, the bunk room will knock your socks off! There are three twin over full bunks with twin trundles, two additional twin over full bunks, and two sofa beds offering plenty of room for everyone!

There are 5 parking spaces directly in front of our property. Additional on-street parking can be found on the other side of the street opposite our house.
