Not very clean and needs updating

Some of the condos are not very clean and have out of date furnishings. One condo smelled like pot. When making the reservations for a group of 16 people it was not clear that all the condos were spread out and are not grouped together.

We always strive to accommodate our guests' multi-condo bookings in the same building, but in the rare case that this isn't possible, the condos are just a short walk from each other. We encourage our guests to reach out during their stay if any issues arise so we can address them promptly. We take great pride in our customer service and are always committed to going above and beyond for our guests. Had we known there were any concerns, we would have been happy to arrange for our cleaning team to stop by each condo for a more thorough cleaning.
