Das Cactus Stone befindet sich in zentraler Lage, nur 1,6 km von der HW 101, nur wenige Minuten von familienfreundlichen Aktivitäten entfernt, 15 Minuten vom Flughafen und 10 Minuten von Old Town Scottsdale, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Top Golf, Casino und vielem mehr. Das im Jahr 2016 neu gestaltete Haus verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss, der sich hervorragend für die Unterhaltung eignet. Es ist nah an allem, was Scottsdale zu bieten hat!

Cactus Stone ist ideal für Paare (5 Kingsize-Betten), Solo-Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) und große Gruppen. Das Haus schläft 20 bequem.

Das Haupthaus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (2 Kingsize-Betten, 2 volle Betten), 3 Badezimmer und einen riesigen, offenen Grundrissbereich, der sich perfekt für die Unterhaltung eignet. Auf Anfrage können im Haupthaus 2 große Betten aufgestellt werden. Türen öffnen sich zu einem 1 Hektar großen Garten. Der Pool kann gegen Aufpreis beheizt werden. Der Hinterhof verfügt über einen kompletten Beach-Volleyballplatz und viele Tische / Sitzgelegenheiten für Mahlzeiten im Freien / Unterhaltung.

Das zweite Haus "Gästehaus" verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (2 Kingsize-Betten, 4 volle Betten), 2 Badezimmer, eine Küche und ein großes Spielzimmer mit einer Frau. Pacman-Maschine, Tischfußball, Kamin und jede Menge Spiele.

Alle Betten und Möbel sind neu im Haupthaus und im Gästehaus! Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Straße ohne Nachbarn auf der einen Seite und einem Morgen zwischen dem anderen Nachbarn. Es ist ein sehr privater und sehr offener Raum. Dieses Haus ist perfekt für ein wirklich tolles Scottsdale-Erlebnis. Das Haus ist für jedes 5-Sterne-Hotel komplett ausgestattet.

Spacious property with excellent host

We stayed at this property for a golf trip with a group of 12 guys, and it was perfect for our needs. The house was spotless upon arrival, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was ideal—just a short drive to all the courses we played, as well as restaurants and other amenities. The host provided everything we needed, and the amenities, from comfortable beds to a well-stocked kitchen, were top-notch. Highly recommend for any large group looking for a hassle-free stay in a great location!

We had a fantastic stay at this Scottsdale property! The pool was absolutely beautiful, and the hosts were kind enough to increase the heat for us (for a small additional fee) so our kids could swim comfortably. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the volleyball court doubled as the best giant sandbox — our kids were in heaven.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The hosts were super responsive and easy to work with from start to finish.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Best rental we’ve ever stayed at!!

The house is even more amazing in person! It is basically your own private resort. Every room was beautiful, the beds were beyond comfortable. This house has everything you need. The outdoor space is perfect. We had a blast and can’t wait to be back. Daniel and Alex are the best hosts, they were on top of everything.

Amazing stay at Cactus Stone

We had a great time at Cactus Stone Villa. The house is amazing and just as described in the description. Tons of space, lots of bedrooms, beautiful interior and exterior hanging space. and all very clean. Also, tons of amenities and games to keep busy. Karissa was also a great property manager, she was very responsive and was great to work with. Would highly recommend this place

Great house for a golf trip

We came for a boys golf trip and found this house. The house is amazing, with great bedrooms, including an outdoor pool house that has its own loving room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. There was. Large kitchen a attached living room/dining room - which was great for everyone to hang out together. There was also an outdoor game area with hot tub, pool, pool table and ping pong. The boys had a great time and we'll be back

It's as beautiful as the pictures!

This property is by far the best I have ever rented through VRBO. It was set up perfectly for our meetings and everyone in our group was able to have their own room. The pool, ping pong, pool table, etc. was great for the down time we had. All of the beds were comfortable and had high quality linens. The location was also fantastic with lots to do only a short distance away. Thank you for everything!

Perfect Golf Getaway House

Eight of us friends have enjoyed coming to Arizona every April for the past 24 years. 22 of those years was in the Las Vegas area, but we decided to try Scottsdale Arizona this year. This property showed so well online that I was initially skeptical if it could be this perfect. All eight of us love the house, fully accommodated and we had a blast. working with Alex and Noah from the initial booking to the arrival tour of the house were great to work with. We will definitely make this house our April getaway for the upcoming years. Not one of the friends involved want to go back to Vegas. Thank you for a gorgeous house with a beautiful pool and spa and fully loaded with all amenities needed for incredible experience.

Great spot for a corporate offsite

I brought my leadership team of 7 here for our quarterly company offsite. Great location, great set up for large groups. Our host met us at the property and showed us around to start - white glove service for sure. I hosted meetings and breakout sessions all around the property. Each person had their own bathroom and space as well. Great mix of work and play. We had a chef and didn’t really ever need to leave the property. Great experience. I would stay here again.

Perfect for a large group getaway!

The pictures and description are absolutely spot on! This property is gorgeous both inside and outside with plenty of space for our large group of 12, all adults (couples) celebrating a 40th birthday. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and had room for more if needed. The hosts are extremely quick to respond with any questions we had but we had no issues at all during our stay. The internet worked great, there was a portable speaker with Bluetooth and the sound was perfect. Plenty to do in the backyard oasis!! The pool was wonderful, there was a pool table and a ping pong table, corn holes, and plenty of outdoor seating. Neighborhood is gorgeous and very peaceful. We will definitely come back and stay again and would highly recommend this house to anyone!!

Great home for large group

This vacation rental is exactly as photos show & very well maintained. We were a family of 10 Adults ranging in age from 19 yo and up. The home was well stocked with plenty of towels etc & the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. All beds & bedding were super comfortable according to everyone in our group. The only drawback is the home is located right next to the 101 , so the backyard is quite noisy. I am sure this wouldn’t bother some people…. We only found that to be problematic when sitting outside at the fire tables & couldn’t hear the people across from you. Otherwise 10/10 ☺️
