Property Condition: Our team has cleared the driveway of debris. We are also coordinating a professional deep-clean of the pool surface and a pressure washing of the pool deck. Service Standards: We are reviewing our vendor contracts to ensure more frequent and thorough pool maintenance moving forward. Communication & Privacy: We deeply regret the lack of notice regarding our team's arrival.
