WayWood Wines & Accommodation is a winery and a holiday accommodation service in Mclaren Flat.
This luxury 3-bedroom house is situated on a 10 acre vineyard property with stunning views of McLaren Vale and the rolling Hills, close to the beach & local wineries.
2 large queen bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a large indoor dining area. The kitchen has all the equipment any cook would need. Plus - there is a large undercover outdoor entertainment area to enjoy the view.

Beautiful property in a scenic location

Love the atmosphere and scenic surrounding. The house overlooks onto orchards & vineyards which is beautiful to see, particularly at sunrise and sunset. House is spacious and clean. We had a very comfortable and lovely stay.

Girls Weekend

We stayed at Wayward accomodation and loved every moment! The place is located on the most beautiful property with gorgeous views. There is everything you need supplied at this home, we enjoyed sitting on the verandah watching the roo with her Joey and listening to the birds! We didn’t want to leave. McLaren Vale Wedding

Stunning views, in a quiet area only minutes by car from McLaren Flat and McLaren Vale. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and the dining, living and kitchen areas were expansive and well furnished. The beautiful weather allowed us to enjoy drinks under the pergola, overlooking the valley and the night sky was shimmering with stars you just don't see in the city. So relaxing.

First time in McLaren Vale

We spent 4 perfect nights in this great house overlooking vineyards. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine which we very much appreciated. We also had our dog with us and found everything perfect for her stay also. Thanks again Andrew.

Great view and very well looked after

If you are looking to get away without needing to drive hours away from the city then this is the place. There are two properties on this property, and we stayed in the larger house. The view of the vines and the view of the sky from the top of the hill where this grandiose house sits is extremely pleasurable. This is a dog-friendly house and provides sufficient wood for the pot belly that is situated in the dining area. The beds are very comfortable with bedding & towels provided. Everything is thought out to make your stay most comfortable. The showers are most pleasurable with perfect pressure and speedy temperature response. The house was very clean and furniture well laid out. There is a wide variety of board games to keep you entertained. We experienced excellent communication and flexibility to the requested arrangement was accommodated. Highly recommended place to stay in. While it is situated near many wineries, we hardly left the place. There are huge areas to run the dog and you are greeted by a couple of donkeys when entering or exiting the property.

Relaxing getaway

Beautiful property on hilltop overlooking a valley. Guest house is off the side of owners house but is quiet and much more spacious than the photos depict. We had a lovely stay with our 2 dogs and visited multiple restaurants and wineries. Loved the little extras like coffee machine, wine on arrival and body wash etc in bathroom. There are donkeys on the property too. Only criticism was the door was difficult to lock.

The property was perfect for our needs and the location and serenity are highly recommended. Wonderful wineries a short drive or walk from the property. Our dog enjoyed the space to run also! We will be back.

We are Andrew & Lisa, we have spent last 15 years in McLaren Vale, we started our own wine label and bought this property in 2016 after falling in love with the location, views and the vineyard we have always wanted. We have decided to share our property with guests to enjoy a brief glimpse to our lifestyle and all the Vale has to offer.
