This home accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2.5 bathrooms. The primary suite includes its own full bathroom, while the additional bedrooms are prepared with linens, extra pillows, and clothing storage.

Outdoor living
A unheated saltwater pool is just steps away, shared with the neighboring south unit yet close enough to feel part of your own space. After time at the beach, you can gather on the deck, prepare a meal on the BBQ grill, and dine outdoors. With direct beach access across A1A, slipping back to the shoreline is always simple.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for everyday cooking, including refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, wine glasses, pots and pans, dishes, and barbecue utensils. A dining table provides space to share meals together before heading back outside or into town.

Comforts & amenities
Across three levels, the home offers air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, HDTV (uests are expected to provide their own login credentials), and high-speed Wi-Fi. Essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper are included, along with a washer and dryer for convenience. One bathroom features a bathtub for long soaks, and a private elevator with spacious dimensions ensures easy movement between floors. Free driveway and garage parking is available for up to 3 cars, with space for a boat or trailer.

Neighborhood
Located in North Vilano Beach, the home places you within easy reach of grocery stores, local restaurants, and the historic streets of St. Augustine. The Intracoastal Waterway boat launch is one block away, adding more ways to explore the area.
