- noise complaints nor disturbances in our community will not be tolerated
- only individuals listed on your reservation are allowed access to the property
- basement and garage are off-limits, not part of the 4200 sq ft
- the property manager lives in the basement with own private entrance and does not share any of the 4200 sq ft house, does not share any of the deck (500 sq ft), backyard (6000 sq ft) or front lawn (4000 sq ft) with you
- property owner does not take any responsibility for any slips, falls or accidents that might occur on the property
- Nest camera facing the front door, front lawn and driveway to prevent and deter theft and sneaking in more guests
