Bleiben Sie in unserem kleinen Paradies am Ufer der Georgian Bay im schönen Honey Harbor - nur 1,5 Stunden nördlich der GTA.

Unser Lakehouse verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Esszimmer und einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit angeschlossenem, im Muskoka-Raum abgeschirmtem Raum. Unser neu gebautes 2-stöckiges Deck ist groß genug, um sich zu unterhalten und zu entspannen, und führt zu einer großen Rasenfläche - ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Sie können an den berühmten Ufern der Georgian Bay im Wasser spielen, wo sanft abfallender Fels und Sand in tieferes Wasser münden und hervorragende Badebedingungen bieten - oder sich in Ihrem eigenen privaten Dock mit Süd- und Westlage entspannen - perfekt für die berühmten Sonnenuntergänge der Georgian Bay.

Das Lakehouse ist auch winterfest und befindet sich auf dem Schneemobilweg. Ein großartiger Ort, um die Schönheit des Winters zu genießen, mit Schneehaufen, um Festungen zu bauen, direkt auf Schneemobilpfade zu gelangen und eine kurze 25-minütige Fahrt zum Skifahren am Mount St. Louis Mondstein.

Das Lakehouse bietet Zugang zu einem Kanu, zwei Kajaks, zwei Fahrrädern, Sandspielzeug, Rasenspielen und Poolnudeln. Alles was Sie brauchen, um die Immobilie zu genießen.

Der kleine Stadtcharme von Honey Harbor ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und bietet Restaurants am Wasser, Cafés, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und einen örtlichen Park. Port Severn, eine 15-minütige Fahrt, bietet Golf, Pub-Essen und gehobene Restaurants, Cafés und einen Wasserpark.

What a fantastic weekend getaway with dear friends! The house was lovely, the host Stacey was super communicative and quick in troubleshooting any difficulties! We enjoyed the firepit, outdoor spaces, watching the geese fly, hooting of the owls, indoor spaces - so much comfort. Just a note that there are no kayaks/canoes for use. We hope to be back in Honey Harbour soon!

This is a perfect spot for enjoying water activities-swimming,canoeing, kayaking. The kids enjoyed the play structure, and there is a small amount of sand for play too. We took a water taxi to Beausoleil Island, and explored the WyeMarsh for nearby activities

Slice of Paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Absolutely beautiful views with the lake and the famous Georgian Bay rock going out into the water. The bay this is located in was very peaceful and calming. There is a big back yard as well which was great for yard games and the cottage itself was a very cute and homey feeling place! It was fantastic, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing get away!

Fantastic Cottage: wouldn’t change a thing

This cottage was impressive all the way through. We admired the set up and loved that the kitchen looked out to the family room. We could keep an eye on the kids playing while we cooked and prepared meals. The children loved all the space that the property provides and took full advantage of the play set, which was an added bonus for the young ones. We caught many little fish off the dock and made memories that we will speak of for a long time to come. Thanks for having us. We will be back!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time! Accommodations clean, comfy and perfect for two families sharing! Pictures didn’t do it justice better in real life. Only negative is rocks and shallow off the dock but it’s gorgeous Georgian bay. Communication amazing would def book again!

An Exceptional Holiday Home

Before we arrived we were already incredibly impressed with the hosts communication and suggestions for family activities. Not to mention willing to go out of her way to drop us off items like racket/balls. The property itself is stunning, tidy and has a cozy home feeling to it. Our kids spent hours playing in the yard and looking for water creatures on the rocks at the shore. Master bed was super comfortable and we love all the clean, white linen! The town of Honey Harbor has a small town vibe and the people are all super nice! My only complaint is that the coffee shop doesn’t open until 9… but still make a great Oat Latte! We would recommend this property to anyone traveling and wanting a lake retreat! We will definitely be back!

Great stay on Georgian Bay

The cottage was absolutely adorable and perfectly laid out. Our party consisted of two families with 4 adults and 4 small children- we couldn’t have asked for a better set up. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during a massive heatwave. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. We were disappointed by the fact that we were told fairly last minute that we would not have access to kayaks or canoes due to insurance issues. Given the really rocky “beach” and mushy bottom of the bay, we weren’t really inclined to spend a lot of time in the water with little ones. Having a canoe would have given us the chance to spend more time on the water and outside in the 40 degree weather. One other note was during the evening, the Canada geese would swarm the lawn and poop literally everywhere. It’s completely out of the host’s control but it made playing in the yard a bit unsanitary with small children. Overall, we had an amazing time and were really pleased with the cottage.

Grand opening for May Long Weekend

We wanted a place with space, full kitchen amenities and two washrooms (especially important) as we were two families. As also wanted a green big backyard that opens into a clean and wide open lake. We also wanted a deck and parking. We found everything we wanted in this cottage. The living room has two sofas and a tv. The rooms were awesome for families with children and the ensuite + master bedroom are so spacious perfect for showering and relaxing after time by the waters. The best part is the long long deck which is accessible from all rooms. Fantastic layout. The water is also cold but refreshing this time of year. I think it gets a little warmer later on. The area is so nice and Midland is only half an hour away. We went to boathouse in Midland which was so so awesome. Would definitely come back again especially that the backyard is safe for kids.

Wonderful waterfront property - perfect for families.

We spent a lovely week at this property in August 2020. We have a young son (under 2), and were joined by my in-laws and sister-in-law and two kids. The cottage offered such a variety of activities for the little ones. The play structure, sandbox, and large yard provided a lot of fun when we weren't in the water. The property is large, so it's easy to find some space if you need it. It's difficult to tell from the photos, but it is a rock entry into the water (not sand). We were unsure of this at first, but with some water shoes, there were no issues at all. The cottage itself is full of light with large windows and very comfortable. We spent loads of time outside and ate each night on the deck, so never felt confined or cramped when we were inside, even with a full house. And finally, the host is great. Very responsive and friendly - and willing to accommodate to help us enjoy our stay. Thank you! Two considerations I do believe are worth raising, neither of which are the fault of the host. 1. There is quite a bit of construction happening just a couple of cottages over - the owners are building a break wall. The days were filled with loud noises - construction trucks working, rocks being dumped, chain saws, etc. This took away from the 'cottage vibe'. I don't know how long this will go on, but a neighbour we spoke to seemed to think it would continue through the summer of 2021. 2. We had some heavy rains during our stay and combined with the high tide, the water would come up quite high on to the property, saturating the grass. The water did eventually absorb, but the yard was not very useable until it subsided. All in all, I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway!

A little piece of paradise

We had such an incredible time at this wonderful home near Honey Harbour. The house is well stocked with everything you need for comfort and the water is just amazing. We spent our evenings down at the bonfire, looking at the stars and listening to the loons. Daytime was spent on the water kayaking, swimming, canoeing, could not have asked for more. Great location with a well stocked General Store near by. In the afternoons the girls would want to go for ice cream! You can even walk it if you feel up to some exercise. Loved this cottage and will visit again for sure.

I grew up in the GTA, however have spent every summer growing up in Honey Harbour. My parents own a cottage on an island in Honey Harbour, allowing us to still enjoy the summer season. We love to be able to share our Lakehouse with visitor's from near and far, allowing other to experience the magic that is Honey Harbour.
