This newly built single-level home sleeps 9, featuring 4 bedrooms (very comfy mattresses), 2.5 bathrooms, stylish new furniture, & indoor/outdoor dining options. Kids will love the large playground just 100m away, keeping them entertained.

Here you will enjoy fun, laughter and make magical memories with family and friends. This newly built single-level home comfortably sleeps nine people across four bedrooms (very comfy mattresses if we say so ourselves), 2.5 bathrooms, new furniture & indoor/outdoor dining options and ducted heating / cooling. The home also includes Wifi, NETFLIX & plenty of board games. Centrally located and only a short drive to Geelong, Torquay & Barwon Heads attractions. For the kids, there`s a big playground less than 100m away.
Pet-friendly stay, your dog is welcome to join you for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We welcome small dogs under 10 kg. Please ensure you include your pet in the booking details.
We have decked out our home with new and modern furnishings, decor, and top-quality appliances so you and your group can enjoy a super relaxing home away from home staycation.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your required cookware, we also provide all bed and bath linens, and we also have your laundry needs covered with a washing machine and dryer. BYO beach towels please.
The Master Bedroom includes 1 very comfy King Size Bed, a spacious walk-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom with a waterfall showerhead.
-Bedroom 2 includes a Queen size bed -Bedroom 3 includes a Queen size bed -Bedroom 4 includes a bunk bed - double bed on the bottom and a single bed up top.
We do also provide a small welcome pack of guest amenities in each bathroom which includes shampoo, conditioner and body soap, for guests staying longer than a couple of days we do encourage you to bring some extras with you.
Open Plan Living – Lounge, dining & kitchen
This is the entertainer’s area where you’ll spend a fair bit of time hanging out, preparing meals, and having a few drinks. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots n pans, cookware, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 900mm oven, and a coffee pod machine (Map). Please be advised that coffee pods are not provided, so we kindly recommend bringing your own for your stay. The compatible coffee capsule is Caffitaly S04.
The open plan living space includes an island bench that overlooks the dining area, living room and even the backyard, so you won’t miss a single moment with your family or friends.
The living room includes a large soft L shaped couch which is super comfy and a great spot to enjoy a movie or even watch some NETFLIX on the SMART TV. We also provide a Playstation 4 so bring along some games! We also provide a little study nook with a desk and chair if you need to get some work done.
Families with Toddlers
It’s a single level home with no stairs. We provide a highchair and portacot, please bring your own linens for the portacot. There’s also a bathtub in the main bathroom for the kids.
Outdoor Area Out the back, we provide a low maintenance area that is very clean and tidy and includes a BBQ, dining table + 8 chairs to enjoy a family feast, and a few drinks. The seating area is also partly undercover and can be accessed all year round. There’s also enough space for the kids to hang out and play.
Our home is well located to many attractions that are only a short drive away, below is just a handful of popular activities that you can do close by.
-Supermarkets and cafes only a few minutes drive away -Torquay beach 12 minutes drive -Mt Duneed Estate is only a 15 minute drive away and offers great food, drinks and service. Also a popular spot for events like a Day on The Green. -Torquay beach and village offers white sand beaches, clear waters and plenty of dining and shopping options. All within a short 12 minute drive away -Bells Beach, a famous surf beach only a 20 minute drive away. Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove only 15-20 minutes away and has some great eateries, 13th Beach Golf Course, wineries and Jirrahlinga Koala and Wildlife Sanctuary where you can visit rescued animals like koalas, wombats and dingos. -Geelong City is only 20 minutes away.

- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.
- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That`s what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.
- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that`s the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else`s rubbish!
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.
- ID is required to place your booking with us.
- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
- Please leave the property as you found it :)
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don`t want you hurting yourselves.
- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.

Lovely stay in a great house
Very clean with lovely decor, 5 mins to shops. Quiet, modern area.
We have 2 wheelchair users in our family - this house was quite manageable for them with only a single, low step into the house and a small lip for entry into showers. Ensuite provided our own portable shower seat. Ensuite bathroom allowed room to access the toilet with a wheelchair for a front-on transfer. Three bedrooms allowed enough space around the bed for a wheelchair to access, fourth didn't quite fit, but this was ok for our family. It's hard for our large family to find places to stay that can also accommodate wheelchairs - this place was great!
