Room was spotless and exactly as pictured. Booking and checkin/che out were super easy. I like this property because of the two pools and beach, and it’s not in the super busy Main St area. Definitely will stay again!

Great location. Very clean. Excellent communication

Super clean and convenient. Family friendly. Excellent communication from host who checked in just to make sure everything was going well. Nice little touches, snack basket, towel animals, and decor.

When we first got there, the sun was seriously shining on the keypad at just the angle so we couldn't see a thing! The LED numbers were nonexistent. We called the host who immediately helped us navigate the keypad. It was a style we hadn't used before. We got in, and in-and-out was perfect after that. Our host followed up later to make sure we had what we needed. We texted him a couple of times with questions during our stay, and he always answered immediately.

I didn’t like how small the beds were. Since the prop is advertised as a condo, I expected it to be an actual living space. (Stove, normal refrigerator, etc…) instead, it was a simple hotel room.

Big picture window facing the ocean on the ground floor.

The best thing about this condo was the seven foot wide picture window facing the ocean. This is a small comfortable little condo with a bedroom and cooking/living area separated by a wall. The bed was comfortable. The "kitchen" area was small but adequate with two stovetop burners, a microwave, a toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. There was a good refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom and shower had been recently tiled. There was a comfortable reclining chair and stool and a sofa that could fold down into an additional sleeping bed in the living area. There was also a small porch facing the ocean. The condo had two pools, one of which was heated some of the time when not being repaired. There were four or five outdoor charcoal grills for use by the guests. I had some difficulty accessing my code for the combination lock on the doors. My cell phone operating system was too old to use the sight providing this code. I had to call the vrbo contact office three or four times on the arrival day before anyone replied with a combination code. The locks worked well once I had the code numbers. I would have appreciated some personal, human contact before arriving at the condo just to facilitate the entry into the condo and answer any questions or concerns. I enjoyed this condo and would consider renting it again.

Sea Dip Condo stay in Daytona Beach

I was very disappointed in my Sea Dip condo experience in Daytona Beach. Although most of the Sea Dip rooms face the ocean, my condo room faced Atlantic Avenue, a busy four lane street. The room did not have window coverings that could be raised or lowered. There was not even one comfortable chair to sit in or a comfortable table where a guest might write a postcard or have a meal. There were two wooden bar stools and two higher chairs with backs. All were uncomfortable. The table was a small, round table at bar stool height, barely enough room for two people to sit around. The "kitchen" area included a small refrigerator in a user-unfriendly location, a small bar sink, a small microwave oven, and a coffee machine. There was no toaster, no hot plate, and no oven of any type. The place to extinguish cigarettes before entering the elevator was right outside my door and the elevator door and made the surrounding area often smell of cigarette smoke. The room was relatively clean. There were two double beds, not very comfortable. There was a helpful contact person named Brooke who I talked with on the phone. The heated indoor pool did not look clean or inviting. I never saw one person in the pool. I am not a difficult-to-please renter. Sorry I could not write a more positive evaluation of my condo experience.
