While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.



Bonita Beach and Tennis Club is a popular address for visitors to Southwest Florida's Gulf Beaches! This cozy studio condo provides a great home base for your beach vacation; up to 4 guests can enjoy all the benefits of this fantastic location, and the comforts provided by the owner for a memorable beach getaway!



Property features:



500 square feet of open, newly remodeled studio space decorated in fresh, neutral tones; fully tiled throughout the studio. Sleeps up to 4.



The living area has a comfortable sofa, large flat screen TV with community provided cable package and sliding glass doors open to the sun-filled, 8th floor balcony.



The bedroom area is open to the living space and enjoys a view of the TV from the (2) full size beds; resort quality bed and bath linens are included, and a walk-in closet for your belongings features a make-up vanity space, with chair.



The bathroom features a large walk in shower with rainfall shower head



The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and basic small appliances. A pub-height table with seating for 4 completes the kitchen.



The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed 8th floor lanai where you will enjoy a beautiful direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. A bistro table for 2 is included on the lanai.



Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.



All bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels are included.



Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are included.



Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



Beach and Tennis Club offers pickle ball, 2 heated pools and 1 kiddie pool, multiple restaurants close by, 2 elevators servicing each building, common area pay per load laundry facility in buildings 1, 3, and 5 (this unit is in building 5) and is close to the sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.



The condo complex is close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, water sports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.



No pets allowed.
